Imagine arguing with someone while laughing? It seemed contradictory and difficult. I don't usually like arguments, let alone laughing during them. The idea of pointing at each other, playfully teasing, and even "competing" in laughter felt awkward. But I decided to try it. I asked a friend to practice with me. Initially, it was awkward. We pointed at each other, trying to act like we were arguing, but couldn't laugh. It felt like acting, not genuine laughter. We tried relaxing our bodies, imagining funny things, and slowly, we started to laugh, genuinely. It wasn't a loud, boisterous laugh, but a lighthearted, playful one.
