At first, trying "lion laughter" felt really strange to me. Opening my mouth wide, sticking out my tongue, and making lion-like hand gestures while roaring — I thought it looked silly and unnatural. At that time, I couldn’t even stick my tongue out for long, let alone laugh. But after a few classes, I started to relax more. I realized no one was really watching me closely. The teacher told us to pretend we were measuring one meter of fabric. I stretched out my left arm, and then used my right hand to slide over my left arm like pulling a bow.
