Laughter Yoga Song: Laughter Cream {Vocal: A.I. - Music/Lyric: Ai-Ka-Bean} Worries fade, a distant shore, With laughter cream, we ask for more  Spread the joy, let spirits soar, A happy heart, forevermore. I am happy, You are very happy! We are always happy! Yeah....Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Ha…… Very Good, Very Good, Yeah! Very Good… Yeah! Ha…… Very Good, Very Good, Yeah! Very Good… Yeah! Like sunshine bright, it warms the soul, Laughter's touch makes us whole. With every smile, a story told, In laughter's cream, we find our gold. Ho Ho Ho Ho Ha Ha Ha…. Ha…… Very Good, Very Good, Yeah! Very Good… Yeah! Like sunshine bright, it warms the soul, Laughter's touch makes us whole. With every smile, a story told, In laughter's cream, we find our gold. Motorboat Laughter Yoga Class Notes: One of 40 Foundation Exercises The other day at home, I wanted to get some movement in, so I remembered this trick the teacher taught us. I bent over, made fists with my hands, and pretended to pull the starter cord of a motorboat.  "Ha!" A little quietly.  "Haaa~" A little longer.  "Haaaa~" Even longer! As a result,  I didn't laugh after the third pull, but I did tweak my back... (Hey!) After a short rest, I figured I couldn't give up. This time, I imagined I was really by the lake, the sun shining on me, a gentle breeze blowing. I pulled again!  "Ha!" This time it felt right.  "Haaa~" Hmm, I felt the engine starting.  "Haaaa~" Suddenly, "Pfft!" I really burst out laughing! Not that fake kind of laugh, but the kind that comes from inside my belly, and I couldn't stop it. After laughing, my back didn't seem to hurt as much....

MiniStory: Ha Ha Ha!

圖片
MiniStory: Ha Ha Ha! (Mr. Stick) noticed the recent popularity of the word " HA ! " Whether at work, chatting with online friends, or shopping online, it's everywhere. For example:  "You're welcome, HA ! "  "Can minimize it, HA ! "  "Adjust it a bit, HA ! " "Need to rush to work overtime, HA ! " (Mr. Stick) didn't know when this usage became popular, didn't understand its meaning, and felt it sounds bad. But that's how internet slang is; you might not like how it sounds, but it becomes popular anyway, and then you find yourself saying it too. (Stick) asked some people, but no one could give him a correct answer. Maybe it's a dialect, maybe it's colloquial, could it be Thai, Japanese, or Korean? "Remember to give us a review, ha ! "  "Today is his birthday, ha ! "  "These are the sizes, ha ! " Stick guessed that this "ha" was similar in meaning to "ah," ...

24. Laughter Cream (笑聲面霜)

  24. Laughter Cream (笑聲面霜) Topic: 24. Laughter Cream Yoga Class Notes: One of 40 Foundation Exercises In the Laughter Yoga class, there's a part called "Laughter Cream." I like this exercise because it's like "beautifying" myself! We pretend to squeeze laughter cream from a tube or scoop it out of a jar. First, I rub it on my hands, and then I naturally pretend to apply it. The students in front of the camera, including me, are never serious when applying it. We all use exaggerated expressions and movements. Some people wrinkle their faces as if the cream is too cold. Others shake their whole bodies as if the cream is too sticky. Some even make "glug glug" sounds, as if they're eating the cream! Or as if the cream is eating us! Haha! It feels very simple, like playing with the air as a child. You don't have to think too much, just do it. Even though there's nothing in our hands, just pretending is funny, and then we all laugh together....
