19. Guru Laughter (笑聲中的頓悟)

When I do laugh yoga, I like "Guru Laughter" the most. You know, sometimes we are too serious. We think making mistakes is very bad. This part helps us not think like that!
The teacher shows us how to do it. We put one hand on our head and shout, "I learn from my mistakes, ha ha ha!" The sound is silly, but fun. Then, we put the other hand on our head and shout, "I learn from other people's mistakes, ha ha ha!"
I put both hands on my head and look at the other people. They do the same. At that moment, I feel relaxed. I also feel free.
I understand that everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to learn from them. We can laugh to feel better. Also, we can learn from ourselves and from other people. When I think like this, making mistakes is not so bad. It can help us grow.
So, when I have problems, I remember "Guru Laughter." Then, I shout in the mirror, "I learn from my mistakes, ha ha ha!" It's a little silly, but it works! (Of course, this doesn't mean We can make mistakes all the time!) It tells me not to be too serious. Just laugh, and everything will be okay.

(無聲大笑)是這週課堂上最有趣的練習之一。
說到笑瑜珈,我最喜歡的環節之一就是「Guru Laughter」了。你知道嗎?有時候,我們太嚴肅看待自己,好像犯錯是世界末日一樣。這個環節就是要打破這種迷思!
老師帶領我們做練習。一邊把手放在頭上,一邊大喊:「我從自己的錯誤中學習,哈哈哈!」那聲音,很傻,但很有趣。接著,換另一隻手放在頭上,又喊:「我從別人的錯誤中學習,哈哈哈!」
我兩隻手都放在頭上,看著其他組員都是一樣,那一刻,感覺很自在,也有一種釋放的感覺。
我突然領悟到,人生嘛,誰不犯錯?重點是,我們能不能從錯誤中學習,然後用笑聲來釋放壓力。而且,學習不只是從自己身上,也要從別人身上學習。這樣一想,好像犯錯也沒什麼大不了的,反而變成一種成長的機會。
就是這樣,每當我遇到挫折,就會想起「Guru Laughter」。然後,我就會對著鏡子大喊:「我從錯誤中學習,哈哈哈!」雖然有點傻,但真的有效!(當然,這不是讓我們誤濫用犯錯呀!)
它提醒我,不要太嚴肅,笑一笑,一切都會過去的。
