At first, I felt a little shy, but seeing the other students seriously "cooling" their tongues made me feel more relaxed. The amazing thing was, as I shook my hands and laughed "Ha! Ha! Ha!", I really felt like I had been burned by something spicy. That hot and funny feeling made me laugh louder and louder. This exercise made me realize that laughing can be so simple. With a little imagination and some physical movement, you can turn small things in life into a source of happiness.
