The teacher showed us to hold up both index fingers, and while saying "Aaaay," move the two fingers together and apart three times. On the third time, turn one hand into a "peace" sign while laughing. Then do it again to make two "peace" signs! Finally, extend four fingers on both hands for the last repetition. When doing this movement, I suddenly felt very familiar, as if I had seen a similar movement somewhere before, but I couldn't remember where. I didn't think this movement was childish at all, but found it very interesting and immediately liked it. While doing it, my mood also became cheerful, and I really felt very happy! 01. Namaste Laughter!  My First Laughter Yoga Experience: Online and Still Hilarious(我的第一次笑瑜珈體驗：在線上，仍然很有趣) My first laughter yoga class was online. I was a little nervous at first, wondering if the online interaction would feel less genuine. But the opening "greeting laughter" exercises put me completely at ease. The teacher guided us through "Namaste laughter," where we looked at each other on screen, put our hands together, and laughed. Even through the screen, seeing everyone's genuine smiles made me laugh too. It was a unique feeling, not just a simple smile, but a laugh that came from deep inside, natural and unrestrained. The laughter echoed in my ears and in my heart. Next was "handshake laughter." I couldn't actually shake hands with anyone, but I imagined shaking hands with each participant in the online class, greeting them in my mind, and then laughing. This was fun too; it felt like I was doing the same thing with people all over the wo...
