Yoga Class Notes: One of 40 Foundation Exercises

Laughing like a kid isn’t new in our laughter yoga family—it’s something we do almost every day (Childlike Laughter). Before joining laughter yoga, I can’t even remember the last time I laughed like a child. The exercise is super easy: stretch your arms out, take a deep breath, pull your fists to your chest, hold for three seconds, then laugh out loud while exhaling. You can pat your head or slap your thighs, running around like a kid, feeling carefree like you’re young again, haha! At first, I thought it was a bit silly, but now I love doing these “silly” things! With hundreds of people joining online, it’s so fun, and after laughing, my mood feels light, and my tight shoulders relax, Then continue to work, It’s totally worth it. 29. 童趣大笑

瑜珈課筆記：40個基礎練習之一

像孩子般的笑，生活在大笑瑜珈的家庭裡面，肯定不會陌生，因為這個動作我們幾乎每天都做（童趣大笑）。未加入（大笑瑜珈）之前，我何時笑得像孩子呢？我都記不起了。

這動作真的很簡單，就是把手伸直，深吸一口氣，拳頭收到胸前，憋氣數三秒，然後一邊哈哈大笑一邊吐氣，你可以拍拍自己的頭，或者打打大腿，像小孩一樣到處跑，仿佛像回到小時候，無憂無慮，哈哈！起初我覺得這樣（有點傻），現在卻樂意做這些（傻事！）因為每天也有不百幾十人在線上陪伴，笑完後心情輕鬆，連肩膀的緊繃都不見了，然後繼續投入工作，那種感覺真的很值得。如果你對大笑瑜珈想知多點，請到以下連接，

To be honest, I felt a bit strange at first – laughing silly at the screen, could that really have any effect? But with a try-it-and-see attitude, I joined in. In the course, the teacher led us in "Swinging Laughter." Even though it was online, everyone tried to simulate a large circle, imagining holding hands. The teacher demonstrated first, instructing us to make the long vowel sound "Ae...Ae...Aeeeee....." and then slowly move forward towards the screen, as if approaching the center of the circle. The first time I did it, I felt a bit inhibited, my voice was soft, and my movements were stiff. But watching the other students on the screen, everyone was laughing happily, and I gradually relaxed. 12. Magic Fingers Laughter (奇妙手指笑聲) Topic: 12. Magic Fingers Laughter Yoga class notes: 40 Foundation Exercises One day in Laughter Yoga class, I learned a movement called "Magic Laughter." The teacher showed us to hold up both index fingers, and while saying "Aaaay," move the two fingers together and apart three times. On the third time, turn one hand into a "peace" sign while laughing. Then do it again to make two "peace" signs! Finally, extend four fingers on both hands for the last repetition. When doing this movement, I suddenly felt very familiar, as if I had seen a similar movement somewhere before, but I couldn't remember where. I didn't think this movement was childish at all, but found it very interesting and immediately liked it. While doing it, my mood also became cheerful, and I really felt very happy! It felt like going back to childhood, carefree. This "Magic Laughter" really has magic, making me laugh uncontrolla...

  11. Hot Soup Laughter (熱湯笑聲) 11. Hot Soup Laughter One day in an online laughter yoga class, I learned a funny exercise called "Hot Soup Laughter." The teacher said to imagine you just drank a bowl of very hot and spicy soup, so hot that you stick out your tongue. I followed along, sticking out my tongue and shaking my wrists up and down like I was trying to cool my tongue. At first, I felt a little shy, but seeing the other students seriously "cooling" their tongues made me feel more relaxed. The amazing thing was, as I shook my hands and laughed "Ha! Ha! Ha!", I really felt like I had been burned by something spicy. That hot and funny feeling made me laugh louder and louder. This exercise made me realize that laughing can be so simple. With a little imagination and some physical movement, you can turn small things in life into a source of happiness. Next time I drink hot soup, I will definitely remember this "Hot Soup Laughter" and have a goo...
