38. Centipede Laughter (蜈蚣笑) Topic: 38. Centipede Laughter Yoga Class Notes: One of 40 Foundation Exercises The "Centipede Laughter" in my notes always makes me curious. This move needs everyone to lie in a circle with heads touching in the center and feet pointing out. We have never tried it in online class because the camera can't capture it. I often picture the scene: A few of us with our heads together like the center of a flower, and our feet like the spread-out petals. Each person's legs point in different ways, then we all kick up into the air, like a giant centipede moving its many legs. I imagine when we raise our arms, we might touch a classmate's fingers by accident. Or while doing bicycle kicks in the air, I hear panting and laughs from nearby. Just thinking about it feels fun. Right now, we can only practice in front of our own screens. But I look forward to the day when we can try this in a real class with classmates. Then, our centipede will be a ha...
